Darwen mens came back from 4-1 down to win 12-6 at Bury.

A good start for the men with 2 wins for Ian Harle, Jimmy Cummins, Pete Jennings and Jamie Ridsdale. Debut wins for Haydn Lond and Kane Suddick as well.

Ladies unfortunately lost 10-4 against Moody Cues with wins for Maxine Goulding, Kelly Whitworth, Julie Buck and debutant Emma Brown.

The 2012 Mens interleague Fixtures have been formally announced by the Lancashire County Pool Association.

At the Lancashire AGM, it was decided that the league would be one division and as a result all teams ill play each other once, either home or away.

Our first game is 29th January away to Bury with the first home game, based at Darwen Catholic Club, being Burnley on 12th February.

Returning to the competition are our local rivals Blackburn who we are scheduled to play at home on 18th March.

Darwens Dynamo’s, The Ladies Interleague team start their second season in the Lancashire Ladies Interleague with a Home tie against Moody Cues of Preston, following the announcement of their fixtures for the coming season.
